We were pleasantly surprised to discover an upscale casual Italian restaurant in this area is Cedar Park. The dining room is spacious, but not cavernous. Enough distance for some privacy in your dining. The manager (owner?) was extremely nice and made sure our needs were met without being obtrusive. His wine recommendations were spot on, and the testing prior to ordering was much appreciated! The food was exceptional! They have what I believe was a Texas or a Southern inspired menu section that we dined from. Just unique enough! And don't get me started on the desserts! Wow! The restrooms were well kept. The bar looks lovely and we'll plan on dining in that area next time. It looks like reservations might be helpful to obtain that space but I'm not sure. Looking forward to our next visit!
We came here for the first time on January 30th and had dinner. We were seated right away and were quickly taken care of. The food was very very good. The service was great too. We got to meet the owner and he gave me some insight on the restaurants history. He was very friendly and owns a great Italian Restaurant. We will most definitely come here repeatedly.
We went for an early Father's Day dinner this evening and it was such a pleasant experience! The cocktails were amazing, the food was superb and the service was very amiable! The owner/manager (I am assuming) made sure to come by the table several times, which was a personal touch. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants good food with a matching atmosphere! We will definitely be back!
I’ve been coming to Tuscano’s for 6 months now and always have a wonderful experience. Our favorite server Abby is amazing, always very attentive and does a great job of taking care of our table. She knows the menu like the back of her hand and is always willing to make a recommendation. Don’t get me started on her wine pairing...impeccable!
Summer was an excellent server. Food was hot and delicious. Lemoncello - my new favorite dessert. We will be back!
We went here last Saturday to celebrate my husbands birthday. I must say one of the best. My husband was so happy and excited by the end of it. If you are looking to celebrate a special moment please go here. They will make your day special and pamper you. They had a beautiful table for us when we went. We ordered a cream soda and hot tea for drinks. They brought out delicious bread and we also ordered toasted ravioli for appetizers. They both were really yummy. . For mains I ordered eggplant strata and my husband ordered Chicken Marsala. I think it was the best. We have never tasted such good Italian food anywhere else in Austin. We definitely want to go back soon and taste all the other dishes. Our server was Liv and she was super kind and helpful and very friendly. I think the atmosphere was also so calm and relaxing. I just can’t say enough about them. You must definitely go and experience their hospitality for yourself. It’s the best
Abbi is the best server there is! If you don’t go in and get waited on by Abbi, you’re missing out! Best waitress, best attitude! The food is also fire and authentic, if you like other places like this you’ll love this place. Top notch. Fire food, fire staff, fire environment

We were given an entire section of the dining area, which made the event feel private and intimate—perfect for such a special occasion. The setup was beautiful, and the ambiance struck the right balance between elegant and warm, making all our guests feel comfortable and welcome. A special shoutout to Jack, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. He made coordinating the details feel easy and stress-free. On the day of the event, every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that my daughter felt celebrated. The food was good, the service impeccable, and the overall atmosphere made the day one to remember. I highly recommend for any large gathering or celebration—they truly know how to make a special day feel extraordinary.
